I've been shopping at Buck Mason for years, first in Los Angeles then San Francisco, but the service at the Berkeley store is top tier. The sales associate/stylist, Zuzu, is amazing. She has an innate knack for immediately knowing what will look good on me — colors, styles — challenging me to take some risks while still understanding who I am - Grandpa Chic. Working with Zuzu is such a privilege, and she's such a professional. I really like the clothes here too — professional but still stylish and age-appropriate.
I love this shop! I came in with curiosity when it first opened. The clothes are well made, timeless, and flattering. But I come back over and over for Zuzu. She's customer service at its very best. Not only does Zuzu pick out items that I might not have tried on my own but she also offers multiple ways to style them with what I already own; I may walk out with three new pieces but 12 new outfits.
