I went into Buck Mason at Tysons Corner simply looking for a T-shirt, and I ended up walking out with several complete outfits, including a pair of jeans. That says a lot about the quality of the clothing, but even more about the experience. The manager, Ontario, personally took the time to help me find pieces that worked well together and made the entire experience feel genuinely personal rather than like a typical retail transaction. I have been to this location numerous times and consistently been impressed with the customer service. They are consistently knowledgeable, professional, social, and genuinely good at what they do. I will always come back for the customer service as well as the quality of products Buck Mason provides.
I had an amazing shopping experience at this Buck Mason location. The staff were SO kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I select a gift for a friend and went above and beyond to provide gift packaging and a post card. Super sweet staff, timeless and stylish clothes, and great vibes in the store. Will be returning!!!
Why aren’t you shopping here?! The clothes are phenomenal quality and natural fibers. I’m really trying to change my shopping habits to buy better and buy once. Will is a gem of an employee. Absolutely adore him. We appreciated the waters and all your suggestions. We “just got tshirts” but they feel good and are cotton. Now that my Target Tshirts are $25 and I have to buy 2x a year… plus I’m not shopping there anymore . Yes, it’s pricey but it’s not crap that’s in a landfill in a year.
