I ordered and paid for some IPE material and the next day when I went to pick it up John Henry told me they were sold out and they didn't have any of that material left. I told him I already paid for it and showed him the receipt he said they sold it to someone else.

Flatbeds. Lots of trucks delivering here but forklift guys are working fast like nascar drivers. You will probably unstrap load longer than they unload trailer. Entrance gate is from the street, exit is near south east side of facility. There is receiving office right after gate but nobody cares about you. Just keep moving forward all the way to unloading area near exit gate, unstrap load and forklift will do all very fast. 25 minutes in and out. Going from south take Exit 33 I95, US17, Main rd, River rd, Maybank (rd 700).

Good thing we’re renting because I’d be livid if a company treated my home like Buck Lumber did in replacing the windows. Here’s our yard two days after replacement. Floors were covered in dirt and there was no one on site to communicate with that was managing the project. Charleston Rental Properties is doing the coordinating, what a joke!
