Worst quality lumber I’ve ever purchased and the staff was absolutely no help in fixing the situation. Save your money and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.
They definitely don't try and help their customers. I was going to buy a hot water heater from them, and I asked if they had some pre-made hoses to extend my lines, but they just walked off from me
I wonder what it can do to a company with an established reputation, always acting on the right side, to treat one of its clients differently and dishonestly. Very disappointed . I decided to shop locally and it was a bad decision. I purchased 20 2x4x8 boards. Many of the boards have live edgesand large gouges I told the 2 employees that loaded them that I didn't want the trash boards. But, they continued putting them on the trailer. Many were turned upside-down to find the imperfections. I guess next purchase, I will need to drive a little further and get my wood at the "big" store. I tried local.
