What a great experience. We have "leased" skis for the past few years and have ALWAYS had great service. I lost my daughters slip and was under a time crunch to get her skis ready for the season and Dave told me not to worry. He not only took us in for another fitting but also had his staff give the skis a "tune up." It is refreshing to know that some businesses are still run on trust and GREAT customer service.

I love this store! I have shopped for ski equipment there for years and recently bought a new road bike from here. The person who helped me tried to help me figure out the best bike for my needs without pressuring me to buy the most expensive bike. I found a bike that I love and will always go back to this store. Super knowledgeable staff and the owner works in the store as well and you can tell that customer happiness is a huge priority with them.

My family and I have been going to Buchikas for skis and bikes for years, their prices are very fair and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Recently my youngest decided he wanted to learn how to snowboard. Not knowing a thing about snowboards we visited the staff at Buchikas. It was nice to talk to someone that could explain things to us in a way that we could understand. We ended up purchasing a Burton package and my son is couldn't be happier. He can't wait to try his new board out this winter. Thanks!!!

Great Customer Service. I bought a pair of cycle shoes there and decided I didn't like them. I called and told the cycle employee (forgot name)that I found another pair in a magazine and he ordered them for me without charging me shipping. They arrived within the week and I was able to return the other unworn pair and purchase the ones I wanted without any trouble. I am extremely happy with the new cycle shoes and Buchikas!!
