Zero stars. They lost my parent’s tax documents (clients for 20+ years) upon hand delivery to an actual person. No remorse, apologies or effort to locate documents. No follow up, help filing extension or suggestions on how to proceed.
April 5th I dropped off our taxes for the first time here and was at the end of the day, April 6th I got a phone call in the morning for a few questions and by April 8th our taxes were done and ready for signature’s👍 fees for their services were very reasonable considering the prices my wife was quoted from other places in town. We plan on going back next tax season
