Seven years ago I took advantage of an open house at Buchert Ridge Community. Best thing I have done for myself. Felt like home from the minute I walked into the sample til present day. Maintenance is just a phone call away which was important to me. Staff is friendly and never make you feel like you have 2 heads when you tell them something is not working as it should. I moved into Buchert Ridge in 2018 after attending an open house at the community. From my first moment in the model, I knew that I wanted to live here. The homes are beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the neighbors couldn’t be more welcoming. I truly love living in this community and willingly share my experience with prospective residents that are driving through and “looking” for a place to settle. My father has been a resident of Buchert Ridge for seven years and needed to have a renovation completed in his home. I called the Buchert Ridge office and spoke to Michelle, who had secondhand information about some family dynamics and informed me of something she had no knowledge about and moreover, it was incorrect information. This significantly interfered with the process of obtaining reimbursement from a grant provided by the VA that my father is entitled to for the renovation in his home. From my first phone call to schedule a tour to the date of my move-in, my experience with these folks has been flawless. Absolutely everything is done without hassle or stress. The staff is at the same time warm, friendly and professional. My home was fresh, beautiful and like-new on move in day and my neighbors have been pleasant and welcoming - I feel very blessed to be here.
