This office is a total joke avoid it at all costs. Go to Delaware county whenever possible. You have to beg them to steal your money in Buchanan county. Same with the DMV, they still make u schedule an appointment go to Manchester no appointment and much friendlier.
Use to be great but as of the writing of this; HORRIBLE. Some of the staff are on a power trip and are pretty rude, other staff are great and friendly. I get better help using a self serve phone line, they will not listen to specific oddball issues and just dead end you to a "can't help you" with no alternate way to file a request or submit a request for review. The driver's license side still uses Covid guidelines and you must call for an appointment. I just started going to a neighboring county to register my vehicles.
