HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered furniture from USA Baby 6/16/06 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I called in August to check the status of my order. First they tell me the crib, hutch, and dresser are in but we are waiting on the changing table and rocking chair. So, I wanted delivered what they had. We scheduled the delivery and I had a relative go to my house and of course they give you a time frame, between 12-4. Well, they never showed up. Worst place EVER!! This place is horrible!! We ordered our furniture 4/26/06 and it's 8/20/06 and we still don't have furniture for our nursery. They keep telling us that our merchandise is on the truck from New Mexico. All we want is a refund! They can keep their furniture on the truck!
Great Sales, Great Selection, SUPERIOR Service! I went to USA Baby because we got a postcard advertising a special "once a trimester" sale. Didn't think I'd walk out with any purchases, but after spending an hour inside (and having been approached by at least three friendly service associates), we finally settled on a crib suite that was not only beautiful and real wood (which is what I was looking for), but extremely well-priced. Anyone there? I have had the worst luck with this place. The past 2 times I've been there, the customer service has been terrible. I could have stolen the entire store twice and I don't think they would have noticed. I was looking for furniture for my daughter and was never once greeted or helped. They knew I was there b/c they saw me when I walked to the back to look around, but they continued with their business and I continued with mine. they made my furniture buying decision much easier though, I went to Rooms to Go Kids... read more
