Replaced the ability to call and speak to a person or leave a message with an LLM that can't perform simple requests and can't understand you when it asks to spell your name. We don't want AI. This is a horrible business decision and I hope it is reverted.
This is a serious pharmacy. Bubba's carries my meds (specialty prescriptions) and I'm always relieved to have my prescriptions filled. It seems other local pharmacies do not carry what I need. Bubba's is great.
I have to come here and give Grace to this business!! I was highly agitated the day I posted my initial review, first thing, I received the CORRECT medication, just a different brand/ pharmaceutical and today I was educated on it, so I must say hands down MR. CRAIG knows how to handle things and keeps his customers HAPPY !! Jeff and Steven are very cool and will try to help You if they can!! This pharmacy gets 10/10.!!! Grateful for The Team !!!
