I’ve been a loyal customer of Btrust in Mississauga for many years and really enjoy their great variety and competitive prices. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to shop. However, in the past couple of months I noticed mistakes at checkout — discounted items charged at regular price, and bok choy ($1.59/lb) being charged as $2.59/lb due to wrong packaging. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again today with the bok choy being placed in the wrong bag and charged at the higher price. I truly hope Btrust can improve on these ... read more
