Today I purchased two packs of Beef Shank – Bone In from Wilson Avenue branch. The packs were marked as "Special" and seemed like the best bargain. On opening the packs at home, I found most of the pack was filled with bones at the bottom, with just a thin layer of meat on top to hide them. This is quite deceiving; there should be a substantial amount of meat rather than mostly bones. I returned the packs to the store, but the cashier gave me a hard time. Only good thing I can say is they are open on the long weekend staff is rude and it's a mess
I don’t know how btrust treats its employees but they all seem to hate working there, or they just hate every customer. like i have never seen a store that have such a rude cashiers. like how much do you pay this people .35 cents /hour. specially this short cashier who walks away on a customer who was asking for a bag she willing to pay for. the customer was already struggling like health wise the the cashier just gave her so much attitude. left her standing there waiting on her. Good store except the smell of the store(fish and other species)
The food is really awful, the rice all dry , general tao and pork cold and smell fishy
