Great help from Lynn this morning - had to get some information that I thought would be complex , but it was like a 3-minute phone call and all sorted! Looking forward to getting them to do my dad final tax return in a few months.

I been a 12 years customer at BTI, USED to be the best tax office, now with that new Manger, BAD ATTITUDE, arrogant, pretentious, hang up the phone, refused to send out document, refused to pass my contact to the owner, he play like he is "king of the hills", weeks to not read and or reply to emails. Now i understand all the one star negative reviews, its a shame that one person can bring a business down by personality conflict!!!

Way way to over priced and was not told the prices before I filled my taxes how is anyone suppose to afford that fee???

Received a negative attitude from them. Seem like they don’t afraid to loose clients. Simply letting them know that we didn’t need to certain services, turned out the all gray hair lady stared at me. Such a worst service ever I received from them.
