We sat at this location for 3hours trying to close out our deceased father’s accounts. It wouldn’t have been so bad had my sister in law not called a few before we arrived to ask what information we needed to bring with us. We came with the death certificates but they needed a social security card as id which was not told us. A driver’s license or other form of identification would not suffice. Bank somewhere other than BTC.
Everyone who works here is awesome! Very friendly and accommodating.
I'll give them 2 stars just because up till today they have been just fine. I went in to talk to them today about an issue and get it made right. They refused to take any responsibility or even apologize and were instead very rude about it. I'm already shopping for a new bank.
