We sat at this location for 3hours trying to close out our deceased father’s accounts. It wouldn’t have been so bad had my sister in law not called a few before we arrived to ask what information we needed to bring with us. We came with the death certificates but they needed a social security card as id which was not told us. A driver’s license or other form of identification would not suffice.
