BT did a great job for me in serving papers against a man who travels constantly and had a shifting schedule. Since this guy mislead us on when he'd be home, BT made three attempts at service. When I found out this guy was in town for just a few hours, BT was able to get there fast and serve the court documents. The third time was a charm!

Defendant was eventually served, but we had to pay twice due to a mistake by BT Process Services. We gave the correct address for the Registered Agent and provided clear instructions both in writing and by phone. BT went to the location once and claimed the entity wasn't there. We paid a second fee for BT to try a different address, only to have another company confirm the original address was correct.
