I have always had a great experience getting cars from BSR. They communicate very well and the cars are always clean and exactly what is pictured. Will use them again and again.

Do not trust these guys or reviews! They scammed me for extra fees and then refused to respond or take responsibility. Claimed I used 4 gallons of gas when they show I drove total of 44 miles! Wrong instructions at time of booking for drop off and then they charge me for waiting 6 hours to pick it up??Proceed with extreme caution!! Nothing stated is false how can it be deleted? I wish it had been dealt with better when given the chance.

Warning they will charge you extra and leave out instructions needed for vehicles then say its your fault. My family rented and we were scammed and even after showing they were wrong they just ingored us. My dad has never had issue with any house or car we have ever rented and we do it alot. Does not show much customer service or professionalism if you wont except when its your fault. They delete negative reviews too... not very honest.

Once again I have had such a wonderful experience. Who knew renting a car could be so easy? They were able to accommodate my schedule, they were timely and good communicators. I had a week for driving around in a convertible looking at the gorgeous fall leaves. Thanks for everything! I'll be checking out your other vehicles soon!
