What a joke! The company was supposed to deliver a sauna to my residence. When the driver got to my home, the pallet was too long to fit on his lift gate and he couldn’t safely lower the item off his truck. Supposedly he was told by his company I had a loading dock, it’s a residential adress! The company later called me that it’s my responsibility to unload the item from their truck and if I can’t do it they would send it back. What does their liability insurance think of this?! I was notified numerous times about when they would be arriving, and they even texted me when they were 5 minutes away. I have used a lot of carriers to deliver restoration parts for antique vehicles, but this was the first time I’ve ever received a package that wasn’t damaged. The delivery driver even helped me carry it to the garage, even though it said curbside delivery. You can tell this company values their customers and employees. Bravo Keep up the amazing work and thank you!

I had a very good experience with this company. The delivery was on time, by a driver who was friendly and professional. I appreciated real-time updates via online tracking and text messages. This was five-star service!
