Lady who answered the call kept interrupting me and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. Very poor customer service coming from Windsor Vermont, and the shipment was late to begin with. I don't like being interrupted when I'm trying to explain a situation.

Had to take half the day off for window of 9-12, company was running late- had to reschedule entire day because they didn't arrive until almost 330, I have irate customers because I wasn't on time due to BSP being 3.5 hours later than scheduled window. The box had a couple forklift ski holes in it where the 2 stacked pallets were missed however product was fine.
