This is literally the most incompetent business I, my partners, my lender, or my attorney has ever had the displeasure of working with. If you are unfortunate enough to have your loan through them, prepare to defend yourself legally for their mistakes.
Terrible servicer. It’s impossible to get a human on the phone to pay your escort shortage. Their phone system is terrible every time I do get connected to someone to hang up on me.
Automated phone service gives a 45 minute dissertation before you can chose any option. Options lead in endless circles. When you finally get someone on the phone, it quickly becomes clear that they don't give a damn about you. They are rude and calloused. Horrible business, I hope they go under so no one else has to deal with them. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!
Tried to switch to my wife's bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldn't work but still didn't work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. I have a mortgage with a different bank but i guess bsi bought my mortgage an now im with suck with them, i had some questions so i called the customer serves number an i try talking to a human it never happen they only have pre recorded automatic options
