Tried to switch to my wife's bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldn't work but still didn't work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. I have a mortgage with a different bank but i guess bsi bought my mortgage an now im with suck with them, i had some questions so i called the customer serves number an i try talking to a human it never happen they only have pre recorded automatic options
Absolutely the worst company!!! I have multiple mortgages loans and this is the worst DO NOT USE THEM!
Horrible "customer service". Almost as if they're incentivized to not help you with your issues. If you have a choice on your Mortage Lender steer clear!!
They said they didn’t receive the payment and they charged for late fee. Then I called my bank to stop the check and the same day I cash my check. They charged me more fee because I stopped the check. I feel they try to scam us. I never late before. I always gave extra time to delivery the check. They only said they never received the check.😡
