I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BSI Financial and my loan officer, FLOYD FOWLER! I applied for a home equity loan and promptly provided the documentation I was asked for. After weeks of poor communication and multiple unanswered calls, I finally learned that my loan application had been withdrawn because BSI (FLOYD FOWLER) claimed I failed to provide proof of income within 30 days. This is world’s worst customer service
I emailed the customer care line because I received an envelope from them that was not for me. It’s been weeks with a follow up email and no response. I can’t imagine they take good care of their actual customers.
This is literally the most incompetent business I, my partners, my lender, or my attorney has ever had the displeasure of working with. If you are unfortunate enough to have your loan through them, prepare to defend yourself legally for their mistakes.
Terrible servicer. It’s impossible to get a human on the phone to pay your escort shortage. Their phone system is terrible every time I do get connected to someone to hang up on me.
