I have a mortgage with a different bank but i guess bsi bought my mortgage an now im with suck with them, i had some questions so i called the customer serves number an i try talking to a human it never happen they only have pre recorded automatic options
Absolutely the worst company!!! I have multiple mortgages loans and this is the worst DO NOT USE THEM!
Horrible "customer service". Almost as if they're incentivized to not help you with your issues. If you have a choice on your Mortage Lender steer clear!!
They said they didn’t receive the payment and they charged for late fee. Then I called my bank to stop the check and the same day I cash my check. They charged me more fee because I stopped the check. I feel they try to scam us. I never late before. I always gave extra time to delivery the check. They only said they never received the check.😡
I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with, they’ve made a mistake in a charge and now want to charge me double without any notice. We’ve never paid late and they charge me as if it were late. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK ITS THE WORST.
