This is the worst company by far that I have EVER dealt with in any aspect of my life. If you do not want to be ripped off, never get a response when you contact them, never have an explanation when they suddenly change your payment amount (always higher) without explanation and suddenly your escrow amount is a negative amount without explanation, DO NOT USE THEM. These dumbfucks could ruin a free lunch. Completely inept. I'd like to strangle my mortgage guy for sending my loan to them.
Get out while you can!!! BSI management/staff is a real joke. They do not return phone calls an they mysteriously hang up in your face and you cannot get them back. If you are struggling they won't help you. In fact they offer you a Loss Mitigation package and will still foreclose on your home the while you are trying to get help. It is a waste of time. I have been bamboozled with a bootleg payment plan more than what my mortgage is. NO ONE IN THERE RIGHT MINE WOULD SIGN SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!! The first agreement allowed ... read more
