Literally the worst company you can ever get to finance your mortgage. I have nothing good to say at all. The staff isn’t helpful with any of your questions ever. They don’t follow up or follow through with anything they’re supposed to. You can never speak to a supervisor. My escrow balance has been off and I’ve been calling since February to have a new Escrow analysis done as my insurance went up by more than double. Terrible company to work with. Long wait times, no response to emails. Their payment system doesnt work correctly. I plan on refi as soon as I get a chance!
