Hello I recently closed the file with BSA for my second mortgage , really terrible service will not recommend at all there is no proof of transection they given me different amount but lender said different amount . also the balance they said deposited in to cr card but more than a week i did not received then i called them said mistakes will do it now, basically be careful when your mortgage broker interduce a lawyer bcz they can easily play the game. work with your own lawyer do not agreed if your mortgage broker let you g... read more
Absolutely terrible experience. I hired this lawyer to help with my mortgage paperwork, with help of Ajay verma (my Mortgage agent) and it was a complete disaster. Communication was nearly nonexistent- DID NOT CONVEY CORRECT DETAILS, because of that i had to pay so much extra amount. I was first time buyer so can get property at 5%, they created so much mess that I had to pay 20% down and Also with PRIVATE LENDER RAUL SINGH SANDHU.
