I have been working out with Emily for about six months now and have noticed a huge difference in my strength, balance and movement. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this training facility. There’s no formal scheduling system or reminders—everything is done manually, which leaves plenty of room for misunderstandings. When I accidentally missed a session due to this confusion, I was still charged for the full appointment. Emily is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and masseuse. She is very skilled and dedicated trainer/ masseuse that pays attention to you as an individual. I would recommend her to anyone.
