I contracted Brytor International Moving for a door-to-door move from Vancouver, Canada to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Total payments exceeded CAD $24,500, plus an additional USD $1,478 paid to Brytor’s destination partner in Mexico. They barely reply to emails and I have to constantly harass them to get information. Once I reached them on the phone, my contact was not polite or friendly or understanding. He was very dismissive and told me that I should hear back two days later to clear custom. It t... read more
