I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. We hired this international moving company based on their promises of a smooth process and a delivery time of around 15 days. That was a complete lie. I moved to Toronto a couple of months back now and I've contacted a french company to help me move. The french part went wonderfully, however, when Brytor came into the picture and took the lead on the move once the boat reached Canada, it became a nightmare. They barely reply to emails and I have to constantly harass them to get information. Once I reached them on the phone, my contact was not polite or friendly or understanding.
