These people choose favorites and they know what comes with the job but yet the fail to be professional. Right now they are holding my father's money from him and they let another person that stays there bully him and my father got bite by a spider that shouldn't have been there. Don't trust these people with your loved ones.

Would not recommend. This place is awful. My grandmother resided here for a short period of time. Within that time her health declined significantly. She wasn’t a full assist just your basic assist! Showers, meals and sometimes other activities! She could pretty much do for herself. Although most of the staff sat on their phone hidden in the office. There was 2 that were alway helping! Such a great place with kind and friendly staff! My mom-in-law has lived there for a year and has made lots of friends. The staff works hard and cares so much. Thank you BSL!

Of the three facilities I have been a resident of, Bryson City senior living is hands down the best. Quiet, clean, dedicated and yet fun loving staff who have a laid back approach to an often difficult and demanding job. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering placing a family member into assisted living. Best Regards, Ben Brasington
