They were great when they cared. They don't care anymore.
Absolutely horrible! I initially applied for a checking account through the BMT website. I was approved and told to come into the Haverford branch to finalize the opening of the account. I have a office person named "Patricia" that one nothing about her computer or the system that the BMT uses. She entered my social security number in wrong. At this point..... It was taking too long. Isn't that what web applications are for??? Simplicity? Stay away from this bank; it's a fly by night operation.
