The employees were friendly and service was quick. I came in with a specific shoe in mind for a gift and they had exactly what I needed.
I am a big guy who likes to walk and sometimes run, who appreciates what the right shoe can mean for my exercise routine. A trip to a running store can sometimes be intimidating. Jordan analyzed my gait and helped me pick out the right shoes (NB 1080) and I couldn’t be happier. She answered all of my questions, even explaining why my old shoes were giving me trouble. I was just out walking today and my feet feel great!
I have always had great experiences at the Bryn Mawr Running Company. I’ve worked with Ed and his staff picking the best shoes for what I need. I recently stopped in and was helped (by I think Kat) to pick the best shoes to run the Philly Marathon. They watch you walk and listen to your goals to help you pick the best shoes for you. They are always my first pick to purchase my running shoes. I will be back again!
My feet are a complete mess—plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and very wide feet make finding shoes a nightmare. But my experience at Bryn Mawr Running Company in West Chester was incredible. The salesman (I wish I remembered his name!) took the time to talk through my needs, watched me walk, and pulled a stack of shoes for me to try.
