As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed and perfectly pleased with my visit today. I worked with Matthew, who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I told him about my dual diagnosis and my podiatrist’s recommendations and he immediately guided me toward what kind of shoe to look for. Another employee, Jordan, was also extremely friendly and very kind to my accompanying daughter. I got exactly what I was looking for and I’d be happy to recommend this shop to anyone!
My 15 year old has significant pronation. It often causes him foot pain after extended periods of walking. The 2 staff members took their time and care to fit him with the best shoes to support his specific needs. Wesley even watched my son walk to insure the shoe was doing what it was supposed to. The customer service here is phenomenal! I am now a lifelong customer.
There are people there who help you find shoes and are awesome. Very seamless experience and had a new pair of shoes within 15 minutes of walking in the store
Wish I got the guys name I apologize. Great service nice guy. Took great care of me. In town for a wedding I wish I could come back more.
