This guy was a jerk and took over a month to return my deposit, then didn’t even have the audacity to come talk to me himself and had his receptionist handle things when she didn’t know what was going on.

Hi Kyle. Sorry about you’re unfortunate experience. The “delay” was because it took a month for you to provide us with a signed escrow deposit release. We need a signed escrow deposit release in order to release the escrow deposit. We released your deposit 10 minutes after it was provided to our office. I’m sorry your purchase fell through because the homeowners association denied your application due your criminal background. I hope you had success in finding another home. Best regards.
