They do not ever answer the phone great people when you get there but when you call when trying to get some information nobody ever answers the phone sucks

Went here to have some Klein screwdrivers replaced under warranty. They had the items in stock but refused to replace them. They initially said they would, and to pick out the replacements. Then they changed their mind and said I had to send them in to Klein. They didn't want the tool to come out of their stock. Now I have to pay shipping and wait 2-4 weeks for a tool replacement that should have been handled right away.
