Staff was pretty rude. I looked on their website and found a weapon I had wanted, which stated the weapon was in perfect condition. Once I got there, the guy showing me the weapon, explained to me that it was not in perfect condition and even made the statement that he hoped I never had to use it due to the chamber getting stuck. I live in Ohio, and had been looking for a specific riffle for a while and stumbled on usedguns.com, and found that Bryant Pawn shop had a brand new one. I called them directly, by-passing the usedguns website, and dealt with a guy named Gary. My wife made a firearm purchase using Usedguns.com. A phone call was placed to the pawn shop inquiring if the Firearm was still available and they were politely asked to check. They refused to check, advising if the firearm was posted then it is available because the moment it’s sold it would immediately be removed from the website.
