Reached out to do my taxes communicated with me til I emailed my W2s over and never heard back from him. I called and called sent text messages and nothing. Decided to go to the office, come to find out the office isn't even open anymore. Just bad business. Communicating goes a long way....
I do not recommend this tax service I've been lie to and ignored and money has been stolen from me paul blocked my # he lied and told me he E file my 2023 return i called the IRS and there was no record of my return he also collected money for my 2022 return and didnt do it also I've let paul do my tax return for over 10 years now and for the past few years i've been seeing BS from him he make up excuses he know he's on BS and he tries to act like you're the one doing something wrong and from looking at other reviews I see I... read more
I have also been trying to receive My 2023 copies from Phil, when I ask him about it he ignore my text and calls can't get a response when I call asking for my money that he owes me he's been lying for eight months stating that he's going to pay me has not done anything about the debt that he owes me this is a horrible person will never deal with him again He's a liar very dishonest and he will take your money and file taxes and send your refund in the mail.
Edited to add: Phil/Paul is not a licensed CPA. I reached out to the Texas State Board of Accountancy and they have no record or licensing for a Phillip Paul Bryant or any variation of his name. He is not supposed to be claiming that he is a CPA or accountant and they’re going to be doing an internal investigation on him. Phil finally responded to our text messages only after I left a review. He somehow does not have any of our tax information (lost, deleted - we’re not sure).
