WE USED THIS FIRM FOR A FEW YEARS, THEN THEIR COMMUNICATION WENT TO CRAP!!! IN 2022 THEY TOTALLY FORGOT TO SEND IN MY PERSONAL RETURN AND ADMITTED THE MISTAKE. THE IRS SENT ME MULTIPLE LETTERS, CLAIMING I OWE THEM $4,137, THAT THEY CLAIMED TO HANDLE AND THEY DIDN'T. THEY ARE CLASSLESS AND I TERMINATED THEM SHORTLY AFTER THEIR MISTAKE. RECENTLY, I WAS TO GET A REFUND AND THEY TOOK $4,433.33 FROM THE REFUND. THEY WON'T PAY ME ON THEIR MISTAKE. WHAT FIRM MAKES A MISTAKE AND ADMITS IT, AND DOESN'T CLEAN IT UP???
