Elena Neumann was truly a blessing when I walked into the branch. I have been customer for many years and really no reason to visit the branch. On February 16th of this year my whole life took a dramatic change. My husband passed away suddenly of a heart attack. We were both customers. Best Bank in Alabama...their checking and saving accts are easy to manage with their App. Super friendly tellers...whi will eventually know you by name when you walk in.

Its an ok bank. Whoever put the ATM in the drive thru needs to be shot. Biggest inconvenience in the world. You either have to wait 20 minutes for people to get through or get out and its no good if its pouring rain.
If you’re looking for a bank with small town personal service this is the bank for you! Very friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend them
