I had returned to court to update my suit affecting parent child relationship. I paid my retainer as asked and thats when it started. I was hoping he would keep me updated on the matter but I was always having to call his office just to have them tell me he was busy. I never received any calls back. When we finalized everything in court he said thanks and that was all. I never received a final bill or receipt for the amount of hours work. Learned my lesson

Milking the money..... This Lawyer will milk it till your money runs dry. Also caught him working together on a separate case with my ex's lawyer while he was milking me on my divorce case. Telling me its going to take time with my case. While in truth he was taking his time because he was working on something else and milking me instead! Try to find this lawyer on all Rate my Lawyer(z) sites? You won't find him cause he hides. Not anymore!!

without evidence this lawyer proceeds to file....... – This lawyer is a piece of work... He takes a sworn statement,submits it to the court,has someone served and has no evidence of what the statement says is to be true or false. When accusing someone of something,I thought you had to have evidence to back up such allegation. Guess not. What you need to be doing Mr McDaniel is researching your client.
