I recently visited Bryan Honda and had a disappointing experience while attempting to purchase a car. I had negotiated a reasonable deal for my Aunt, who is a non-native English speaker. We agreed on a fair price, and she made a deposit for a vehicle that was expected to arrive in a few months. **WARNING** make sure you don't get ripped off like I did. The dealer did not honor the ****** internet deal. Added $2995 worth of dealer options (actual worth $500) on a Honda Civic EX without my consent. The GM reluctantly gave a 50% reduction on the dealer options after he spoke to the ****** resolution team (The GM basically said , someone made a mistake and did not add accessories in the ****** deal). CAUTION: HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my vehicle to their clueless service dept in which I was told they couldnt even check my car until I did some suggested fix that I knew was not even an issue. My car stayed here for a month while they guessed on what my diagnosis was. I spent so much money on unnecessary repairs after they assured me of a problem n it was never it. Highly recommend I recently drove from Raleigh to Bryan Honda on the advice of a friend. Great Experience We are from Raleigh and purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot with Andy Gare's assistance. Andy was responsive and professional and I would refer family and friends to him. This was our second time in two years buying a car from Bryan Honda and both times have been pleasant and enjoyable experiences.
Bryan McLaurin was great! After dealing with most of the local dealerships I called up dealers around the Raleigh/Cary area. Bryan Honda was by far the easiest dealership to work with.
