This review is for Kenisha C. She has wonderful customer service and helped me get some paperwork that I needed. Every one else I had spoken to, I called about 3 times over the course of a week, told me they were unable to help me until a specific individual returned from vacation. This turned out to be untrue as Kenisha was able to do it after requesting to do so from her manager. Thank you Kenisha!
They suck.
I have waited three years to have a hearing for a property tax appeal! I have been a taxpayer for forty years and never have I witnessed this level of incompetence in a government agency.
