Been in there twice since the first of the year to ask a few questions about our new house that we purchased. We moved from out of state and just wanted to make sure we were educated on our property tax and both times the woman at the front desk was rude and short with her answers. On both occasions, she treated us poorly and in almost an aggressive tone. All we wanted to know was if our paperwork was correct from when we closed on our house. There is no need to be hostile. She needs some customer service training.
