After years of service in Houston, this was my first visit to BCS Toyota. When I pulled into the bay, a machine read the tires and recommended an alignment (which was probably due and didn't surprise me). Pretty neat trick. Russ Karli, my service advisor, was great. Very personable and friendly, showed me around, and gave me some advice on the vehicle's expected life. With oil maintenance and alignment, I was done in about two hours. Patrick and Sydney were so helpful. Great experience! I drive a 2009 Camry, so driving a clean new Toyota for a day or two is like Christmas! Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Love the folks at BCS Toyota! Always a pleasure to visit there.
