I cannot get online access. I get an error when I put my email or phone #. I can't enroll either... No one answers at customer service. .
Highly recommend finding a different medical supplier. This company is very untrustworthy and is quick to change its billing practices without any warning. Avoid if you are able.
I would give them zero stars if I could. If there is ever an issue they refuse to reach out so I can't start fixing whatever error they've made until days after the shipment is set to arrive. This has put my health at serious risk on many occasions but they are the cheapest option so naturally the only one my insurance company will cover. I am literally changing insurance and brand to run away from this dangerously inept company. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
They have ran my around when I asked for a pretreatment estimate on FOUR SEPERATE occasions. They will transfer you from billing to reordering and then hang up. This time I didn't even get a receipt after paying $1017.00 for a quarterly supply of Dexcom with Anthem insurance. I will be transparent since they will be anything but that.
I would place an order, say April 4th. I get a confirmation of my order. In May I get a notice saying my order was placed & shipped may 4th. Then when I got my order of 9 dexcom sensors out of the 9, only 5 were good. Dexcom was very helpful to replace all the faulty ones I received. Why did it take a month to process & ship my sensors? I refuse to use Byram. Because it took a month to get my sensors, I ask my doctor to please send in a prescription to the pharmacy I chose to receive my sensors.
