Buying our first home could have easily felt overwhelming, but having Isaac in our corner made all the difference. Using one person for both our real estate agent and mortgage broker was a massive bonus, the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Isaac is as kind as he is knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every single question and genuinely looking out for our best interests. We felt completely supported and cared for the entire time. He structured a mortgage deal based on inflated numbers without looking at the comps in the area, he asked my husband what he thought the house was worth and then added another 25,000 to that. He then made us pay for a home evaluation that didn’t support his inflated numbers. Is it not the mortgage brokers job to know the market or at the very least look into it? I would have preferred an initial, sorry there is really nothing I can do for you then weeks of wasted time.
Isaac goes above and beyond to ease you through the often daunting transitions of switching mortgage providers or buying and selling properties. We have used Isaac's services 3 times now and we couldn't have asked to work with someone nicer or more knowledgeable. Thank you Isaac!
All around amazing service. Always quick to reply and very helpful when needed things to be cleared up. Highly recommended !
Fast, effective, caring and hard working!! I would definitely recommend Isaac. We will never go anywhere else.
