My experience with BRX Mortgage was disappointing. The brokerage operates as a virtual office, and the level of professionalism was far below what I expected. The conditions they offered were worse than what I received from other lenders, and the agents I spoke with did not seem trained or experienced. Communication felt unstructured, and the agents were not well recognized within the broker community, which made the process even more difficult. I received Kelly as my mortgage agent through Canadian Mortgage app and not only did I get the worst customer service I have ever dealt with it was also the worst experience I have ever had. Kelly made multiple promises to me she did not keep making me make decisions that almost made my whole deal fall through weeks before closing. She advised I go one way with financing and then backed out at the very last minute. Kelly would not answer her phone or email and explain to me what was going on.
