I received Kelly as my mortgage agent through Canadian Mortgage app and not only did I get the worst customer service I have ever dealt with it was also the worst experience I have ever had. Kelly made multiple promises to me she did not keep making me make decisions that almost made my whole deal fall through weeks before closing.
