Hands down worst optometry appointment I have ever had. I was treated like a sale, not a patient. I went in for a bulk billed check-up and ended up with a $400 bill. She misinformed me on eye care products in order to sell me stuff in house, including contradicting literally every other optometrist I've ever spoken to. (If she were a dentist, she'd be the 1 out of 10 telling you to NOT brush and floss daily.) She made egregious claims unwarranted of a medical professional. Eg., "Australian contacts are better." Friendly & helpful staff! They won’t turn away a small job done like replacing the nose pads of my sun glasses. Feel satisfied & happy to enjoy local community service👍
Waiting 20 minutes and optometrist didn’t even show up. Receptionist had no idea where she was and it seems like this shop is a relic of a bygone era.
