Let me change my opinion... Apparently, the owner, Colin Wentworth has been unaware of Title 14, sub section 6021-A: Treatment of bedbug infestation. As required by state law. Due to his neglect over 3 years I had to throw out everything I owned. His Peers are correct... He's Knox county's last remaining Slumlord.
Boy oh boy...where to start? Due to various circumstances, I ended up renting a "room" here for 3 days in early 2021. The place is a mess, to state it mildly. The smell alone upon entering the building is enough to make most gag. The shared bathrooms are completely disgusting, the coin-op "laundry service" is a joke, plus the actual space I was allotted was the size of a large closet (not very large at all).
