I would give this facility a 0 star rating if I could. I have waited over a year to write a review, time to try and cool off a bit. My Father was in this facility for less than two weeks, he was recovering from a stroke and ended up passing. I found the staff uncaring, big talk, plenty of inaction. I asked many times to be sure my Father was hydrated, even posted signs in his room requesting that be done and also notified management. This was during Covid so visiting hours were limited. My Mom was in Brunswick and when her 3 week stay with Medicare ran out I was told we could stay if we "self paid" so we paid $7,320 for a month in advance but left after just over 2 weeks and they also apparently billed Medicare and we have not seen a penny of a refund! My Mom had such a serious deep pressure wound on her heel and had not had any PT since we began self-paying so I was advised to move her and I did. The care is poor so do your research - I would NOT recommend this facility.

My Mother was in Brunswick and did not received good care, she had to wait 1hr. for help to go to the bathroom in her wheel chair and when they did not come she tried to go herself and they told her "next time just go in your pants and we will clean you up later"... that is unacceptable! Poor care - please do your research I see they have had lawsuits against them too. I would not recommend them for any friends or family
