Pablo was super helpful on my ACL surgery recovery program. Went to the Bruns Gym together and gave lots of exercises and confidence to get back into shape the injured knee. 100% recommended

I went to see Aidan at Brunswick Heads Physio for a sore knee in November, after the first session and pain not improving we did further testing and discovered i had meniscus tear. Aidan compiled a protocol to help me get ready for surgery, and then a rehab protocol post surgery.
