I came to Brunswick Heads Physio with significant neck and upper back pain caused by ongoing muscle tension and tightness. Working with Pablo was a great experience from the very first session. Highly recommend these guys. I started seeing Pablo after i had a very bad knee injury which consisted in a ruptured acl, torn medial meniscus and fractured tibia. The surgeon recommended surgery straight away but i decided to try physio therapy first. Now, after a few months, I'm able to squat, jump and working full time in the kitchen without needing a brace.
