I have been having major issues with my crestliner pt18! I just bought it and have been having porpoising problems. I reported the problem before I even made my first payment. Come to find out this line has had these problems frequently and they try for fix them by welding wedges to the back of the boat. Mine had a set installed from the factory and still has problems and now they want to put another set on a factory defect boat which when installed permanently will have to be welded and installed which will involve me payin... read more

They're putting their workers at risk during the pandemic. Luxury boats are NOT essential.
The absolute worst customer service I've received in 52 years, I have been put off, lied to and I have had my Pontoon at the Dealership I bought it from since September 4th 2019 and finally only after I contacted a attorney did they pick it up and take it to the plant in Fort Wayne Indiana to repair it. Since then I have had to constantly reach out to them to get a answer. When I have received a email from Sydni it's never answered the questions I have ask....
