I caution anyone to not do business with this man. He is a thief and a liar who will take advantage of anyone he can for his own benefit. He contracted with a local builder for homes at Hunter Ridge in New Brockton, AL, just up 167 North from Enterprise. There are more than a dozen people who purchased homes there and have had or are having major problems. Structural, Electrical and more problems have developed on the homes, he will not fix the issues. His builder has left him because he was ripped off and now the poor home owners have no way to get this guy to fix the problems that he is responsible for. The builder is suing him as are multiple suits being prepared from home owners with major problems. DO NOT BUY any home in Hunters Ridge! They may look nice but have problems that you will not get fixed.

I agree, BILL- BRUNSON Accounting owns HUNTER RIDGE. There are alot of problems in there with houses. The guy is RUDE and FOUL MOUTHED who should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of people.
