Disappointing to say the least! Having made two cross-town visits and having had two face-to-face meetings with two staff members, neither person followed up with us. We were promised a quotation the second time for residential door replacements within a few business days of our meeting. It never showed up! They made hip roof trusses for our house with multiple different roof sections and vaults inside and it all came out perfect! Now we're putting together a interesting out building and it's time for a repeat customer.
All trucks should enter at 1204 Cox Dr. Most lumber will be unloaded in the lower lot not up inside the fence. Park in the lower lot and either call or honk and someone should be down in a few minutes.
