My son rented a snowboard at the Mont St-Anne store and the staff were polite and professional. The board itself was worn though, and both bindings had play in them (they could be rotated about 1/8in even though everything was tightened down properly). They couldn't propose an alternative. Disappointing and annoying. We lost an hour on our half-day ticket, which is already short. We will not rent there ever again.
Excellent service, beautiful store. Bought my daughter some new skis and bindings end of season. Lots of high quality lines of ski clothing/ Dale Sweaters /skis/helmets/ goggles. Staff know their stuff and their shop at the Delta Hotel lent us a boot to test out the skis today free. I will send all our NS ski buddies to Brunelle Sport when they are up here. Merci!
