Terrible service. Impossible to reach them by phone. They gave me incorrect estimation for my wife to obtain work permit. They don't even have any good backup plan when the application failed. All the backup plans they suggested to me have very slim chances to work. Why didn't they tell me before I decided to apply for this work permit? Currently, if i want to proceed with their terrible backup plans, I need to send them more money. What a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!
